Description

The room opens to the hallway connecting the bathroom and the main room.

Inside the main room you will find wall built-in double sized bed of 160×200, the open plan wardrobe and a small lounge area with a wooden table and 2 chairs. The room is equipped with inverter air-conditioning and wifi.

On the left there is a kitchenette equipped for preparation of light meals. The bathroom which is on the hallway is built with cement based mortar which creates a clean feel.

The room opens to a veranda with a table and chairs and a pergola installed with cloth shades for your time out to relax and watch the view. The frames are equipped with mesh nets and shades so that you can sleep without worrying about the light outside.

Information

We are located 500 meters from the village and the small port and about 600 meters from the main port. If you walk you will reach us in about 5-6 minutes from the ports. If you want to be picked up by us please arrange that while making your reservation.

The check-in time depends on the time of arrival of your boat and it’s usually around 2.30pm. The check-out time is at 11.00am. If you are leaving with the night boat then you can leave your luggage with us.

You can park just outside our accommodation if you bring your car or your motorbike. The parking is free for guests of our accommodation.

We do not provide breakfast yet. However, you can prepare your own breakfast in our kitchenette or walk to the bakery which is only 5 mins away on foot.

Policies

All reservations require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation. The room is reserved for a limited time after reservation (which is mentioned in the reservation email) until the transfer is completed.

Cancellation charges:

  • 21 days before arrival: Free (Deposit return)
  • Between 21 days and 7 days before arrival: 30% of total stay value (Deposit withheld)
  • Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of total stay value (Full amount claimed)

Cancellation charges during stay:

  • If you decide to leave before the end of your stay, for any reason,  the full amount will be required.

Reservation date changes can be made for free up to 7 days before your arrival and refer to the same amount of nights as the original reservation.

• If the visitor wants to stay less then the reservation is considered a cancellation and the total payable amount of the reservation will remain the same as the original reservation.

• If there is no availability for the new dates required by the visitor and cancels, the cancellation charges follow the Cancellation Policy.

Our rooms are equipped with a double bed. If visitors want to sleep separately and the room has this feature (for example a 3 persons Studio) then the sofa bed is made and the room is considered a 3 persons room. The increase in price covers the costs of the extra linen and towels.

The charges for a non show, for example when a visitor does not inform about not coming, is always 100% of the total reservation value.

No pets are allowed in our accommodation.

No more people than those stated in the reservation are allowed to stay in the rooms. If any violation is made, for example announced visitors show up and sleep in the room, the management has the right to cancel the reservation altogether and evacuate the room by legal means in accordance with the Article 8 of Law 1652/30.10.1986 (FEK 167 A). It would be preferable that every such occasion is made known to the owner and find a solution with the visitor to avoid any unpleasant situations for both parties.
